Recipe 1 (warming tea)
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger root
- 3 tbsp black tea
- 3 tbsp dried mint
- honey for taste (linden preferably)
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 1 orange, juice only
Preparation:
Pour three glasses of water over ginger, tea and mint. Boil it and keep boiling for 10 minutes in an uncovered dish. Then strain the stock, mix with honey, lemon and orange and lemon juice. Serve with a slice of lemon.
Recipe 2 (caramel tea)
Ingredients:
- ½ l milk
- 1 tsp black tea
- 4 tbsp caramel
- 2 egg yolks
Preparation:
Boil milk with caramel, pour it over tea. Leave everything for 5 minutes for brewing. Strain the stock to a bigger dish, add egg yolks and mix very carefully.
